A gorgeous antique cluster ring, set with a central 1.2ct natural sapphire which displays a lovely rich blue colour. It's surrounded by a cluster of ten old cut diamonds with gold settings, creating a lovely contrast between the bright diamonds and sapphire. With full English hallmarks for 18k gold, Birmingham 1896.
