A cool Victorian masonic signet ring dating from the 1870s. The face is a nicolo intaglio depicting the Square and Compasses motif (one of the most recognisable masonic symbols) within a corn sheaf border, the latter representing the rewards of the fruits of labours. It's crafted in 15 karat gold, with wonderfully hand-chased shoulder detailing.
