An early Victorian deep red coral cabochon ring with rose cut diamonds. The early handmade work is specific of the Victorian era using silver top fused on gold. The ring is set in 14 karat rose gold and silver. The deep red natural coral cabochon shows no indication of dye and measures 26 millimeter long by 16.5 millimeter wide. The gross weight of the ring is 13.3 grams and it is 1.22” long by 0.88" wide. The estimated total weight of the diamonds is 3 carats. It is a size 8 ¾.
