This is a14k yellow gold ring. The setting was hand carved in wax and cast. This ring features a 4.05 carat natural pink sapphire. It also features a carved leaf motif and hand engraved leaves on the ring band.

The sapphire measures 11.55x8.67x3.85mm and is an oval cabochon cut.
