This Whitby jet cross began life as one of a pair of hand-carved sword hatpins, circa 1900. Patou is in flawless antique condition, which is amazing given her age. No knicks, cracks, or "fleabites". Note the beautiful carved swirl pattern and the fluted edge of the hilt. 

She is topped with a carved Whitby jet bead and 3 sterling silver rhodium plated rings that recalibrate this amulet into a cross.  Patou is held together with an antique Victorian gold fill link. Our signature double chain in sterling silver completes the look.
